• Twitch: To use features related to Twitch chat integration, you must authenticate your Twitch account. You agree to comply with Twitch's Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.
• Google AdSense: We may use Google AdSense to display advertisements. By using our Service, you agree to the Google AdSense Terms of Service.
• PayPal: For any payment processing features, we may use PayPal. Your transactions will be subject to the PayPal User Agreement.

3.1 Affiliate Disclosure

StreamJuice may engage in affiliate marketing, which is done by embedding tracking links into the Service. If you click on a link for an affiliate partnership, a cookie will be placed on your browser to track any sales for the purpose of earning commissions. Our participation in these programs does not influence our content, and we provide honest opinions and analysis to our readers, regardless of any potential commissions.

StreamJuice makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall StreamJuice or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on StreamJuice's website, even if StreamJuice or a StreamJuice authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
